I was at a play at la petite theater.

Not sure on the number, but I'm guessing they would live in one of the four Algiers neighborhoods that a $63K salary couldn't afford.

This very well could have been a Hindu vandal.
Media here will blame this on Nazis, but I've never heard of real Nazis back in 1930s-1940s Germany tagging houses in the reich with spray painted swastikas.
Now, if there were some obvious planning involved, and suddenly there was a big block-style structure with enormous red and black banners, then yeah, Nazis in Algiers.
