Last day of deload 5-3-1 BBB. Start Month 3 on Friday.

3 sets, 5 reps deload Squat at 60, 65, 70% of 1rm

Then...

5X10 squat at 185
5x10 deadlift at 215
5x13 toes to bar
5x1:00min jump rope

Doing P90X3 to get in that last cut before Summer hits.

CVX was this morning.

Finally recovered after two rough injuries...one requiring surgery...and have just hit the 5 week mark after getting the goahead!

numbers are climbing, albeit slowly for my taste.

Im using it for Fasted Cardio. I eat lunch at 11 so as soon as I get home I do Fasted Weight Training.

So far so good. A lot of folks swear by the Fasted stuff.
