Those of you who run 3+ a day, what do you wear and why? Any reason to steer clear of something like the Nike Lunarglide 7?

Thanks for the poon-tips, though.

That's what I have now, as well. The ball of my foot sometimes hurts, but I'm feeling like I need something with more support.

Anybody wear Altra? I just bought a pair of Altra Torin 2.0s that I'm excited about. They are zero drop

I have to run on treadmills since I've had 3 reconstructive surgeries on my left ankle, but the Kayano has always been my shoe of choice.

My wife gave me a pair of lunaglides recently. I'm trying to give them a chance but feel they don't offer much support particularly in the arch. About to go for a little run now

Brooks Adrenaline GTS
For cushion and stability.

I like them, I tried others but went back to Brooks.
Everybody's different.
Go to a running store that will let you try and return if you don't like them.

Other than pros, who can run in anything that's paid for, you won't see many runners in Nike shoes. Nike is mostly junk and for looks. Weekend warriors and advanced runners are usually in Brooks, Newton, On Running, or Asics.

Nah.

I'm a fairy serious runner and I stopped buying anything other than Nike Pegasus years ago. Have bought 12-15 pairs.

Wrong. Nike Pegasus is where it's at and always has been. Those shoes you listed are good too, though.

Nike has improved over the years, but they still have a bad reputation when it comes to running shoes. Most of the more serious runners stick to the big three: Asics, Brooks, and New Balance. There are several smaller brands like Skora and Altra that are becoming very popular as well. Trail running shoes are a different animal. Of course, at the end of the day, it all comes down to what feels comfortable to you, and no foot is the same. Once you do find a shoe that really feels great on your feet you can just order it over and over again. I'm currently using the New Balance Vazee Pace, great shoe.

On Clouds. Was wearing Brooks Glycerine but my feet never felt good. I don't even think twice about my feet or shoes when running in these.
