OT preacher man - what does the Bible say about these types of relationships?

Would our good Lord approve of this type of marriage? Would this be what the French call a ménage a trois? How does the husband fantasize about his wife sexually without also thinking about her sister? Is the sister in the wrong if she enjoys her brother-in-law partaking in cunnilingus? These are real questions that deserve real answers from our theologists.
