Depends on the trip...

RV is easy. Most of the stuff is in there and I'll hookup the TOAD the night before, so maybe 3 hours.

Airplane trips are a little quicker, unless it's a cold weather destination.

Beach trips, if we take the tiny car, are easy b/c not too much will fit.

The “family” doesn’t pack the vehicle. I do. That means it will be secure, efficiently packed, heavy stuff on bottom, and all that.
That part of the process takes less than 20 minutes. I do not want to stand out there and sweat this time of year before we ever leave the driveway. This means a lot of stuff goes in the vehicle the night before.
Now, packing bags and staging stuff in an area of a house and lists, etc….that takes days.
My idea of vacation is having everything and not having to go to the store because we forgot something.

Why are y’all driving? Go to better locations. Don’t be poor. The airport will get your bitch, and little bitches, in line.

Bahahahaa….family packing and unloading for a trip. A man has 2 jobs on vacation pay for shite and tote shite. If they could find someone else to do it we would not be invited.

A lot of traveling for AAU games. Family of 6 and we usually stay in airbnb. Packing clothes and food is miserable every time. Unloading when getting home is worse!

We rent a lot of houses and cabins on trips because it’s about the same price as hotels and for us more comfortable. That said we always bring way too much shite. It takes a long time to move LOL

15-20 min. Kids and i bring our luggage to the living room and husband puts it in car. He fits it in like a puzzle.
