How old are yall and do you have kids? Everyday is impossible to keep up. my wife and I are both 40 and have 5 kids ages 2-13. We still are able to have sex 2-3 times a week. We are just too exhausted for more than that. I mean we do have weeks where we may have sex 4-5 times, but its not often. I think 2-3 is normal and healthy.

2x per week like clockwork. Usually even on the same nights. It’s weird.

After double spinal fusion and being older, about 1 or 2 times a month but I milk it just about daily. No stagnant prostate for me. ????

I have my 2 half the time. My wife has hers 100% of the time but they are a little older and they stay at friends or sometimes will be doing things on the weekend for a day or two.
It doesnt happen often. But my wife and I get about 3-4 weekends a year with no kids. We try to do a date night at least once a month as well.
