Tony killed someone.
Nope! His car did. Ban cars ... or maybe it was the tire. Ban race car tires.

What is the alternative argument?
He didn't see him until it was too late.
He saw him, but was unable to avoid him.
There are plenty of other options as opposed to just saying he either didn't see him or it was intentional.

Pit lane on pavement during the day with two of other people in bright clothes isn't exactly the middle of a turn on dirt at night by yourself in a dark suit.

anyone that even suggest Tony Stewart intentionally hit the guy is either trolling or showing their ignorance.

It's not like they are blind, but turns and other vehicles are huge... guys in black uniforms and a black helmet are not.

Read the thread. Your question has been answered several times.

yep...they had a track near my house. i only did it a few times. On a bicycle...not motor bike.

I think some are arguing he tried to show the kid up by throwing a little dirt on him and misjudged things leading to a tragic result. Anyone claiming to be certain one way or the other isn't being objective or reasonable.

It's reassuring to know that there are so many great amateur sleuths that have this case all figured out when there are professionals that can't yet determine intent and likely never will.
