I had a sore throat one time and drank a table spoon of apple cider vinegar and it worked.

It's not placebo. If you use the mother, I have proven it with a dental exam 6 days after major extractions, he said he never saw a healing so fast. Saying the mother apple cider doesn't work is like saying saline water is not a healing rinse.
