Ive seen people remove the safety bars and do cleans in a rack...dont agree...but seen it done.

My guess is the guy complaining has no idea what any of the oly lifts are.

How is your bench that weak when your other numbers are so much better? 110 ohp ain't shabby for a beginner or early intermediate lifter but 165 seems way low if you can press 110 overhead.

Keep in mind he is doing 5 sets of 5. He probably hasn't tried to max. The routine is a slow progression.

At my gym, there are 2 rooms of dumbbells and there is only a single level (unlike your pic) . Pisses me the frick off when some pussy grabs 30 pound dumbbells, walks all the way across the room and camps out on a bench in the area where the real weights are and blocking access to them. Sorry bro, I'm not lugging the 150's all across the gym. Stay in the lightweight area.

nah, I like the dude that does a set, fricks around on his iphone w/o moving away from the equipment for 2-3 minutes and repeats for 4-5 sets.
Especially at lunch time when you need to get in and out quick.

I've always had pretty strong shoulders, wrestled in H.S. and a little for the club team at LSU when they had it. I've always struggled with my bench though. I think when I was doing split routines and repping to max I got up to about 195 1RM.

Yes, they are. But not as part of a forced superset with your intended exercise.

Serious question(s)- how far do you typically walk when doing these? and at what relative intensity?

Also, do you find these better than static holds?

Depends on how heavy. Try to do a weight I can hold for about a minute keep walking without dropping.

Mexicans not allowed in your gym? Do you also go by Kryptonite Klark Kent? You sound racist.

Also, you should never douche douches.
