Yeah I probably could, at least may 3-5 reps. I'm just trying to stick to the program. I've only deloaded a couple of times on it. Got stuck on 110 OH press for a little while and 165 bench, but I was able to move past them.

And yeah deadlifts has been awesome too. Up to 230 on that.

At those weights, Im willing to bet your issue is form, and not strength.

particularly bench press...heavily form dependent.

Ignore Mikelbr. He works out at one of those gyms where 2 plates is 85 lbs.

Looks unsafe to reach that far to get a set of dumbbells off the rack without standing on that restricted area.

So I interrupt them mid set walk in between them, grab some non weakling weight, interupt their set again, and walk to an area where I wouldn't be blocking the rack

Me think you failed at trying not to be a douche

The most rewarding.

Everyone I know, even big frickers, gets stuck on this. I was stuck for weeks at 115. Stick with it and don't cheat and you will blast through it.

Yeah form has been tough, that's definitely one thing I've been working on too. My bench has been stagnant for a couple weeks. I've been trying to work on my explosiveness. 3 sets of 8 reps with like 50 my 1RM. Also trying to do dumbbell bench while lying flat on the ground. This has helped a lot.

That's why I like OH press, its one of those exercises you can't fake. You can either lift it or you can't. I'm very honest with the app. If I only got 3, I put down three. At the end of the day I have to answer to myself.

That's true. But I did so knowingly to annoy the Mexicans who have no business being in a gym in the first place and can't follow simple gym common sense rules.

This is why I am happy there is a gym in my building. Not much equipment, but a nice set of benches and DBs. Everytime I go there is only one person on the treadmill. I can do as many drop sets and take all the selfies I want without a care in the world.

If it doesn't have a power rack, you'd just as soon get some ankle weights and a yoga mat.

if someone is supersetting I make sure that I get on a machine when he gets up in between sets, just to piss him off

I don't care what dumbbells are in front of the people working out in the no parking zone. Those just happen to be the dumbbells I will be using. I walk right up to them and interrupt their workout to get them.
