I have a white collar job. Both of our vehicles are blue collar as they come. I'm just not the type to pay people to do things for me...like house remodel projects, moderately difficult vehicle repairs, etc. I enjoy doing that kind of stuff and I know how to do it all. Also, because I have a white collar job, I have a shite ton of off time, why would I not do that stuff.
I don't have anything against those like op, but I never see myself as doing so little work that I don't need a truck. I could win the lottery and I'd still need a truck.
