Lean proteins, eggs, veggies ( i think potatoes are fine), triple zero yogurt or a yogurt with little sugar, protein powders.
Brown rice, lean meats, and veggies are your friend.
you honestly need to calculate your macros or calories you burn just sitting down then go from there. It's honestly not that hard to eat healthy, but if you aren't motivated or want to learn about nutrition then it's going to be a tough ride.

How are they terrible for you? Like 250 calories and 25% of your daily fat
Posted on 2/10/17 at 2:53 pm to GermantownTiger
you get 80g of simple carbs and only 20g of protein in them. And like 1000mg of sodium. It's pretty horrendous for a meal
this is assuming you eat two of them at once. they are tiny

I wouldn't say they are terrible
More like not optimal because of the processed ingredients

you cannot be serious. They have zero nutritional value. None. It's processed garbage.

I started this past Monday. I basically eat brown rice, eggs, vegetables and salad, chicken, shrimp, and steak. Only drink coffee (no sugar) and water. For snacks I'll do fruit and string cheese. My wife is pregnant so I've also cut down my salt intake in a big way. Good way to ruin a steak.

Only eat one. To go along with a string cheese and orange

you are getting a ton of cheese in the hot pocket. add a cup of brown rice or a cup of broccoli or something. you really should consider looking up nutrition info if you think thats a well rounded meal

Dinner: Here is where I need help. I typically pick up something or make dinner. Changes dailly
I'd go with lean cuisine for dinner with a side of pizza rolls

I won't get into the details, but quit being lazy and actually cook your meals. There is way more nutritional value in foods that don't come in a box.
I'm not dogging you, because you probably haven't read up on nutrition, but just stay the F away from the middle of a grocery store and shop the edges. You'd be way better off.

Seems a bit carb heavy.

Thanks. I moved recently and have not had the option to cook... I'm living in a hotel right now until my stuff gets moved into my new place. That is why I've been eating microwave meals....

Again, living out of a hotel and you can do much worse than lean pockets.

Before I can tell you what I think of your meal plan, I need to know what your goals are.
You just trying to lose a little weight? Put on muscle? Lose a LOT of weight? What time period are you aiming for? Do you have a date, like say 6 months from now where you'd like to be "X" number of pounds less (or more)?
ETA: never mind. I saw that you're just trying to maintain.
Basically do whatever Golden Nugget is saying. Everyone else seems to either be trying too hard as if this is some homo arse crossfit competition, or they don't know wtf they're talking about.
