Have you ever noticed your nose clears up doing intense cardio? Go for a ride or run and blow a few snot rockets on the route. Seriously clears up a cold or allergy stuffed nose for me.

I think I got sick from that. I think it was some bad blow.

Try the saline nasal flush kit (or Netti Pot) from CVS/Walgreens. If you get the kit with only the packets of salt, and sterile water is not included, you MUST sterile your own tap water before added the salt mix. Obviously, you'll have to let it cool down before flushing your sinuses.

Works well for me.

But I'm no optometrist.

I am no doc, but I tried Nasacourt nose spray a month or so ago and find that it is the best shite that I have ever put in my nostrils...first time in my life I did not spend the entire spring conjested as hell and sneezing...

just go to the wal marks and buy a month's supply for ten bucks...best ten bucks you will ever spend...

Have you tried any of the OTC sprays such as Nasacort or Afrin?

Give one of those a shot for a 3-5 days. Don't overuse though cause there can be a rebound effect (Afrin).

If that doesn't help go to your PCP.
