OT Docs. I have a horrible sore throat.

I say I'm not contagious and can mix and mingle as much as I want. I have an appointment monday should I seclude myself in my bedroom til then or can I party like I always do?

It's Harmattan here west of the Sahara. It's miserable. Everyone has sore throats and I'm coughing up mudballs at the gym. Can't wait for rainy season.

I'm not a Doc, but I would go to an urgent care center today and have them do a quick strep test. Get the shot if you have strep. Works really quick in terms of your feeling better.

gargle with warm salt water
or
cayenne pepper in warm water, using a straw to get it up, bypassing the tongue, and gargle and swallow or spit

apple cider vineagar and warm water, gargle and spit
can also mix salt in with cayenne pepper n warm water
