You need to modify your instructions to use a q-tip and lightly dab that shite in there instead of squirting with a syringe. I'm seriously concerned about my vision.

With snorting acv, a sinus infection is one of those things where you wait and see if the the pain was worth the relief. If you don’t get em, you won’t understand! But as far as I know and experienced, it’s undefeated!

You are not alone. I have seasonal allergies but the past 3 months I’ve noticed my allergies being more like a cold. I’d wake up with my nose stopped up, sneezing, and eventually I have nosebleeds. A lot. About 2x a week I get a horrible headache and my face will actually hurt from all the Sinus Pressure. That shite sucks. Last weekend I went to the After Hours because I thought I had strep- my neck was extremely sore, the type of pain associated with either Flu or Strep. I got a shot and Presnisone to knock it all out but I’m still convinced I need to see a Specialist. Screw allergies
