OT dads...How did your wife/so tell you she was pregnant?

Did she just say "I'm pregnant!" or did she find a creative way to tell you?
Eta: Not pregnant, just curious about this. Guys get to get creative when proposing....figured this is a moment for the woman to try and make it special for her man.

Actually yes. We had quit trying NOT to have babies for 7 years. We thought we could never have them naturally. We have 2 now.

I actually told my wife, "You're pregnant!" We had just started trying and hit a homerun fairly quickly.
I just knew one night when she broke out in acne (she has flawless skin) and and had a strange craving for a filet o fish sandwich at 10pm, and she hates all seafood.
I said come on, we heading to Walgreens. You are pregnant.

I'm really not.....yet
Just was thinking about it and how I would tell him. I'm so bad about surprising him in regards to gifts, etc....I get too excited and will just tell him before he opens gift. If I found out before him I would want to be creative in how I told him. I'm not talking about no Pinterest-y crap either or something showy or anything that will be made public to others. Just something that required a lil thought and effort.

I was sitting at work and she called to just chit chat. I knew something was up because she hates to talk on the phone, she's a habitual texter.
We had been married for about a month.
TLDR: My boys can swim. Daughter just made 1 last week.

My wife had a son from a previous relationship that I adopted soon after we got married. I had given up hope that I could produce one because in 5 years of marriage with my ex, and being together 6 years with my current wife, I have never used protection and nothing was happening.
my wife secretly took her test around midnight one night and when it came up positive she woke me up and was like "Houston we have a problem." of course I didn't believe it and was like yeah ok, one of the lines is more faded than the other, etc.
So she went at 3am to Walgreens to get another test and sure enough, there it was again. Now we have an 18 month old baby girl in our family.

We were about to go out for her birthday. She walks out of the bathroom with a positive EPT. I'm thrilled. Fall Out Boy's, "Sugar We're Going Down" is on the radio as she tells me. (random side note) So while we're on our way to the restaurant she wants to stop at Walgreens and take another test. Positive again. We meet our friends at the restaurant and someone gives her a bottle of her favorite wine. We look at each other and smile because we know she won't be drinking it anytime soon and they immediately call us out on being pregnant. Crazy night. Hurricane Katrina happened the very next day. That kid turns 9 next month and is obsessed with The Karate Kid, The Outsiders and Alice In Chains.

Yeah, we'd been together for a while. It wasn't a giant shock, but it was a crazy day for a 24 yo man.
