That’s a damn weird article quote. I am thinking “that’s one hell of a deal” right up until that last sentence. That’s like a house listing: Fabulous 4 bed, 3 bath home within walking distance of LSU. Updated kitchen, stainless appliances, fenced back yard. Quiet street and detached garage workshop. $72,000. Minor fire damage that makes house uninhabitable.
