I never understood adults with braces… if you went your whole life without them… presumably scored with girls and procreated… why spend all that money now?

I paid $4000 cash for traditional metal braces back in 2003. Best decision I ever made. My confidence level went through the roof afterwards. The first thing people notice about you is your smile/teeth.

It’s highway robbery. I’ve always thought braces are way overpriced. Their assistants do all the work. Dental work in general is a total scam. Taking advantage of the general public. Yes you struck a nerve

Sorry, but you evidently had a bad experience. Love that you took it to the next level and say dentistry is a scam. I wonder what you do for a living?

At one time I had a former LSU lineman now ortho treating three of my kids concurrently.

I always paid in full up front, cash is kang.

Less than $12k total.
