The principal is about the same as massage parlors but the women generally aren't Asian. You pay for 30 or 60 minutes and the rest depends on your negotiation skills.

i'm generally a filthy person who just landed a job in Thailand for 5 months. The scene is obviously a bit more open here, but haven't pulled the trigger. There is a super high end one near my apartment that i find myself walking by like Hi Mcdunnough canvasses package stores. Just not sure this one is foreigner friendly. Will have to over serve myself one night and take the plunge.
