What other Baws going to be there? I’ll be under my LSU E-Z Up, probably 3-4 Yeti’s, and blasting callin Baton Rouge. Hit me up!

Well...We have two rental properties in Perdido Key...we rent both of our units through separate rental companies...we can't rent our units due to the ban.
Pretty much everyone that rents out their units rents through a 3rd party agency. How are you supposed to work around that??

By breaking the law. The biggest issue isn’t renting it, it’s not paying the sales tax. If you aren’t supposed to rent then likely you aren’t collecting sales tax. How can you collect sales tax on $0 sales right? If you don’t pay sales tax and get caught you will be fricked.
