Wendy's salad bar- back in the day my broke arse roommate would have me buy a salad bar, then he'd fill up tortilla shells with bacon bits and eat a perverted Mexican-bacon feast. Why that memory stays with me, I don't know.

I called a pizza place on a Saturday night for four pizzas and they said they only had enough dough for two.

Even in cities where pretty much every fast food place is run as clean and fast as a Chick Fil A, the Popeyes will be horrible.
I've even taken to, when I travel somewhere, I go to a Popeyes, just to see, and every time, the staff is terrible.

sometimes I will order a McDouble "plain" and more than once in my life, I was asked if I wanted the meat on it.

That's to get you off the sensors. That makes it seem like your order was completed in a fast time. It keeps the gm from knowing how slow they really are
This is true and all fast food places do it. There is a little clock, and when you roll off, the clock stops.

The Burger King on deGaulle ran out of buns once.
Back before Katrina, one night I rolled up to the BK on Carrollton and Tulane, and was informed they were out of:
burgers
round buns
fries
coke
diet coke
american cheese
chicken tenders
Chicken patties
bacon
lettuce
tomato
Basically I could have a melted ham and swiss sandwich, on the chicken sandwich roll, with onion rings and a sprite.

Easily popeyes. Ordered a 4 piece with a red beans and rice and got 1 piece of chicken with rice dressing at the location in Abbeville.

I always get the white boy piece of chicken no matter what chicken place i go to. You can watch them give the black folks the big breastes and me the fricking scrawny Miley Cyrus brestes.

In my recent experiences, yes. They have screwed something up the past 3 times I've been.
I went yesterday and got tenders. They didn't ask for a dipping sauce at the intercom. I was actually glad because usually when they do I assume they out it in the box and the past two times they haven't. So after getting handed my food I asked for sauce. My receipt said ranch even though no one asked me and of course no ranch was in the box either.
However, on this occasion the chicken gods were in my favor. They gave me a five piece instead of the 3 piece I ordered. I knew the screw had to be that they charged me for a five but no, they charged me correctly and just screwed up when boxing it. I guess the house can't win them all.

BK on Highland takes waiting to a whole nother level

I'm not sure if any of you remember but some Popeyes locations used to have a buffet.
They are still alive! There is still a Popeyes buffet on Pinhook in Lafayette. It's pure Gold. I think one of the only reasons it is still there because it is close enough to campus that college students have an easy place to cure a hangover on buffet fried chicken
Also BK is terrible. I once got sick as a dog eating their chicken fries.
Another time at BK, I shite you not, I received a chicken sandwich with no fricking chicken and no bottom bun. Like wtf. How is that even possible. It was literally a top bun with mayo and lettuce wrapped in the wrapper.
