We want to sell in 2-3 years and ours is 2.3%. Guess we'll see what everything looks like at that time.

I really want to move, but the only way it would make sense would be to find something we like and would want AND be able to move and eliminate the mortgage.
I would buy land and build, but building costs are almost double what I paid in 2020.
