For sure. I can even feel it after 1-2 drinks. I had some Bourbon Friday night, just a couple drinks, and I felt slightly off all day. Nothing that slowed me down, just a down mood, a little tired.
Feel fricking fantastic today. I was gonna add in to the OP also when you stayed under your caloric limit makes it even better, but this isn't the Health and Fitness Board.

The best is during football season.. Im not saying its a good feeling any weekend day, but especially during football.
