A man facing armed robbers on Magazine Street pulled a gun and forced them to flee, New Orleans police say.
The men met around 7:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 3200 block of Magazine Street. Police say at least one of the suspects pulled a knife "during transaction of purchase."

LMAO, "during transaction of purchase."

Pretty interesting story behind that scene. It was originally planned that Harrison would engage in a sword battle but due to sickness (I think it was the flu) he did not have the strength to shoot the scene. So they just went with this which is now one of the more famous scenes from the Indiana Jones series

I'm guessing black male, at least 4 priors.

I’m guessing the perpetrators were juveniles. Even so, that article is incomplete rubbish. That journalist looks like a child and writes like one, too.

I mean, how much "legwork" would it really take just to fill in a few of the glaring holes there? How much is NOLA paying these "reporters"?

he said he was sick, later on he admitted that he hadn't practiced any of the moves for the fight scene, it was his idea to shot the guy

It's unclear the name of the business and what items were attempted to be stolen.
