I'm sure the cat was put under in order to do that . There is no way they could have done it without the cat being out cold.

all race horses have to be tatted so that you can ID which horse is which and don't pull a switchoo at the starting gate

My sister got her dog fixed at a vet in Austin and they tattooed what looked like the Prince symbol on him.

Tell that to the jockey club. Any horse racing has to have their id tattooed on the upper lip and they are identified as they come in for the race.
