On a scale of 1 to 10, how concerned is your spouse/partner about your sexual satisfaction in your relationship?
1 being not at all concerned and don't give a shite about your sexual health or satisfaction, and 10 being that they will go out of their way to make sure that your are sexually satisfied whenever your want.
I've had relationships where my partners ranged from 1, all the way to 10. I much rather 10's.

7 and increasing with each year of marriage, which is the exact opposite of what I expected. I don't think I'll ever get to the "whenever I want" phase.

The only true answer is it varies from 1 to 10. Women change their minds and feelings from minute to minute.
