Too many abiotic and biological variables that I have virtually zero control over.
I speak more Spanish on a daily basis than I do English.
Spend a great portion of the year in 90+ degree temperature.
300+ days a year of being at work.
And I have about 350 bosses.

I don't do shite all day so I'd have to say a solid 9.

I'm in a lucky position.
What I do is really not that difficult. However, I'm the only person in our office who knows how to do it, and everyone else is completely ignorant of the process so they have no idea how long something should or shouldn't take to do.
Therefore, depending on how I'm feeling, I can make simple requests from colleagues sound like I'm having to move heaven and earth for them.
So, I rate my job like a 5.
My colleagues probably think it's a 9.

It was a 10, now it's 0, since I'm retired.

Do you teach at an inner-city school full of minorities?
If not, then c'mon man, how hard can it be to sit in front of a class full of 13 year olds for 8 months out of the year?

It's all management companies scooping up properties left and right. Rich get richer type of deal. Hard to find a solid member-owned or private owner club. Which can be good or bad really. If you're not at the money-making club you're last on the totem pole for everything.

Absolutely! 2 floods in 40 days where I'm at currently. I wasn't through cleaning from the April flood when we caught the Memorial flooding. Was fun to explain how I installed 35K worth of irrigation 2 days before it all got fricked again.

Just as i thought after reading the board for years it was a given the majority of the O-T folks would be living the life and hardly working to achieve it

I basically created my own job. The first several years were hard as I figured out what worked and what didn't. Now it's just running through the procedures and waiting for the results. Which is why I spend so much time here
