Max's ex-gf didn't stay in the joint 5 years. I guess she could've been on house arrestt though.
Regardless, Ms Matte is looking at serious time as she well should be. No sitting Judge will allow her to have any type of commuted sentence for fear of her getting a 4th.

I think she needs to be locked up at least 5 years in order for her to change enough to where she won't do it again. 2 years and she'll be out partying again
