In MS wouldn't he get charged with two counts of second degree murder? Due to the fetal homicide law.

Yep. We'll find out the charges when he has his arraignment. It should be sometime soon.

So where did the “ she was found essentially thrown out by the lake “ thing come up... why not just say she was found sitting on a picnic table ?

Man this isn’t Weekend At Bernie’s.
I’m not a expert on dead bodies but I don’t think you can just “prop up” a dead body to make it look like she’s looking out at the lake.
I would guess she weighed at least 100 lbs, not sure if that dude would be able to just man handle dead weight like that. Wonder if anyone else was involved and helped him

There is alot of pressure to make a quick arrest in a case like this. Alot of publicity for a town like Oxford who just dont see many cases like this. They better have had their shite together because those lawyers he hired arent going to frick around

The more I hear about it the more I'm concerned his daddy is just going to throw a shite ton of money at this thing to get him off somehow with just a slap on the wrist.

By the way he bulked up from all of his pictures to the shots of him coming out of the courthouse and mugshot I'd say he has probably been juicing and working out a ton so I don't see a problem with him being able to throw a 100lb girl over his shoulder and carry her to a picnic table.

I'm not implying the person's information is inaccurate, but the beginning of that text ("Hey. This isn't a rumor.") made me laugh. The information is hearsay within hearsay and is absolutely a rumor.
Nonetheless, this story has already taken many turns. I originally heard she was found in a low-point of the lake. Then, I had heard she was strewn in some high grass and bushes by the lake. Now, I am hearing she wasn't shot there and was propped up on a picnic table, which is probably the most unsettling of the three.
Again, I am in no way, shape, or form calling the person a liar. The numerous stories are to be expected given how tightlipped this case and investigation has been so far. It'll be interesting once the facts start coming out.
