Just a few good ole baws taking out a giant nest.
Skip to 2:00 for when it starts. I haven't watched the rest of the video. Someone with a bigger attention span than me watch it and let us know if the rest is worth watching or not.

Here's the nest I had growing in NWLA earlier this month on the back porch:
Got stung 0 times spraying it dead. Left it hanging to see if it's true that other wasps will not nest near a nest.

I always knock it down. I've seen them trying to renest in the same one I sprayed.
Earlier this summer I had a nest in the drop ceiling of my office. I could hear them but I wasn't about to stick my head up in there and look for it. Eventually they hatched and moved on.

love this new hot shot spray that's like a foam and it clings to the nest.

With a nest that big, you gotta spray it at night.

When I first sprayed it with ordinary Black Flag Hornet spray they dropped like water flowing off the nest. Had a pile of dead wasps on the concrete below it.
All day everyday we were there some would fly up to the nest then away quickly. They were big ones too about as long as my pinky and nearly as big around.

I got stung by over 40 once. Was July 4th, 1976. We were staying with my dad's best friend at the Presidio when it was a military base. I was running through woods with other kids when I tripped over a just downed nest. Luckily, my dad's friend was a doctor and he ran to the base hospital and grabbed to the stuff to keep me from dying. My whole body was plump and purple before he gave me a few shots.
I also remember a really cool military parade and loud gun salute at the base for the bicentennial.

My step-son had some dumbass friends like that. Thankfully smart phones weren't out when they were in their prime.

That’s some intelligence right there

I love drowning them with the net in the pool. Bastards can hold their breath for longer than you'd expect.

I guess the funny part is baw locked the truck door on him.

Bengal has always been the best. Not sure if they have changed the formula recently because of the treehuggers or not
