Old School Plastic Beer Huggers/Koozies
Posted by tilco on 2/8/20 at 5:22 pm261
Any of you baws remember these? My dad used to own a print shop and made a shite load of these back in the day.
When his shop closed after he died I saved a few of them for old times sake. They’re pretty legit.

We had several from the shipyard my dad worked at RYSCO and from Lonestar beer because they owned the distributorship for everything south of San Antonio. My first few drunks were slightly cool Lonestar in one of those. Fun trip down memory lane.

I haven’t seen that company name in a long time, my grandpaw was friends with all the Creel Bros. who operated it.

printing these frickers might have been the first job I ever had. He’d let me run the foot switch that printed them.
I had to save some of them cause some of my first memories are peeling the tab off a miller lite for my dad and handing him one on the boat

That TV is the size of a stamp
A 65” tv is like $200 at walmart

It’s a 40 bro. I had two old ones leftover. Waiting on this one to die.

No offense, but these were the original “old school” Koozies . The styrofoam ones.
