Imo, I’ve always thought that airports bring out the true colors in people. Traveling can truly bring out the primitive nature in us.

Brings out that most people are assholes. Had to ride in steerage for a couple of legs recently. It was disgusting. People were swine.

You seriously give people too much credit when not at airports.

You need to be taught a lesson in respect.
Count on it.
Hope you're not still too stupid to learn.

Yep. I was a fricking a-hole like Big Perm about this sort of trivial stuff too. But I watched my mother and father become “old people” while I aged as well. We all get there eventually. You and yours will be old one day and you’ll want some understanding. Cut em some slack.

It ain’t trivial when I’m going to miss my plane because some fricktard doesn’t know how to get through security. And it’s not the 70 to 80 year olds. I have respect for them and would help. It’s the fricking boomers that seem to be ignorant on getting through security. You’re going through a metal dectector with pockets full of metal.

I know and I can empathize. But you need to get to the airport earlier or chalk it up to a “shite happens” moment- even if it’s a boomer. No one is purposely trying to screw you over at the airport.

My gripe is the volume of mfers that go out and get global entry just for that one goddam international vacay they take every 5 years. Now there are 200 mfers lined up at the kiosk when I touch down in the US and all of the benefits are gone.

Old man in front of me just tried to walk through the metal detector with about three pounds of nickels and dimes in his cargo shorts pocket.
We called them “bees”.
