Drugs are victimless crimes. Again, you are trying to spin this away from what actually happened. An old woman was brutalized, but too many white people do meth, so it's ok.

Tangerine -

You have said multiple times that "I am not saying it is the whites fault". Exactly whose "fault" is the present situation you are referring to?

The one thing that you have NOT admitted, is that "no changes have been made on a large scale" because the people do not WANT to be changed. It truly is this simple. Everything else is a BS excuse to muddy the waters.

That is great. It truly is. And if you're being honest with yourself, you know that problems start at the single parent rate and kids not growing up with fathers-not mean cops or teachers.

I absolutely know that. I also know that starting at a very young age these kids get away with way way too much. I have seen some kids that are 15 that have had a rap sheet two pages long. They've spent no time in jail other than an overnight stay at a juvenile detention center. They're always on probation. They break population. The judge tells him if they break probation again they will be in trouble. They break it again. Nothing happens until it is too late. Same thing happens with some white kids. Needless to say, the vast vast majority of these are destined to be in and out of jail the rest of their lives. That is why I am a huge advocate of meaningful consequences at a very young age, starting with the parents and including the judicial system .

Also children being raised by parents who don't know how to parent only lead to those kids becoming ineffective parents when they're older.

People will latch on to the trespassing argument. That fails due to the public invitation. Sure she was thrown into the pool. But it was labeled a "splash party," and so you have to expect that treatment if you attend. Those facts will ultimately limit damages and likely result in no criminal charges.

Ya I could see one dumbass thinking he's slick by dumping the Lady into the water but the fact that an entire group of people laughed hysterically while running away is most disgusting

Wrong. My response was to someone saying that the entire black community is responsible for this. That's my sarcastic response that the white community is responsible for the heroin epidemic I have already said multiple times that that kid is a criminal, should be arrested, and suffer meaningful consequences. Try again though

The court system cannot do the job that parents are supposed to. If you do not know or understand right from wrong, or why being in school is important, a judge sentencing you to a detention center will not automatically spring on the light in your head. Prison and crime just becomes a way of life.

How does a fan at a baseball game using offensive WORDS to an opposing player even compare to some POS picking up a defenseless old lady and dropping her on concrete, then throwing her into a pool and dragging the dogs in too...while 40-50 people watched and did nothing besides laugh?

IIRC, the Boston fan was reported to security and ejected. Then after the story made the news, Adam Jones got a standing ovation in his first at-bat the next night

Nah, you said that as a disclaimer so you could say what you really felt. You know it's true, and so does everyone else

I already stated that what the dumbasses did was wrong, but she should've called the authorities instead of taking matters into her own hands.

What do you mean by taking matters into her own hands?

Politely asking them to turn music down or calm down in her neighborhood?

Well obviously there are a lot of parents who can't do the job. And yes a meankngful consequence at the first or second offense, instead of teaching the child that he can get away with anything through probation after probation after probation, will have an effect . Also, sentencing a teenager to a trade school instead of probation after probation after probation will have a positive effect on some

So, she doesn't have a right to tell people at the complex that she is living at to quiet down their music?
