I've said it all along, Owly, just keep moving. Find something to do every day, even if it is just annoying the cat. The ups and downs will always be there, the only thing you have control over is how you deal with them.

You know I love ya buddy. I’m so sorry you are having struggles and I’m praying you get to have a better quality of live soon. But I will say this , with all you were going through , I had an experience that I would not wish on anyone, but yet there you were at the ready to help someone in need. I have thanked the entire TD nation for their assistance , but what you and the other person ( you know) did took it upon yourself to help me keep my head up and fight through it.
