You see that's just it, the markets have a few bubbles all sort of leaning on one another and any one popping could cause a chain reaction....and oil...is just a cause not even a bubble like:

real estate
consumer spending
market valuation based on money printing (The Fed)
government debt
the US dollar

etc.

There's a lot of crazy stuff going on with interest rates rising, money printing stopped (temporarily), the government continuing to borrow out of control etc.

Oil is just another trigger - that can change investor psychology and put lots of pressure on the others

Right. Some of these frickers need to start blowing each other up. I need my o&g customers to buy buy buy. Them just getting ppe for the yard is not cutting it.

People that are rooting for sub $10/barrel ate going to shite their depends when the extreme swing in the opposite direction happens.

Question: oil was cheap in the 90's and people survived, why is it that now we need to have it around $100 a barrel?
