The take match and the chick wrestling were probably the two quietest parts.

Taker match was slow and as other said everyone in the building thought he was walking away victorious. The diva match was dead because everyone was sitting there going "WTF JUST HAPPENED".

After the taker match was given a decision, everyone I was sitting around was talking waiting for someone to walk out the back to reverse it. Just 75,000 fans sitting in complete disbelief.

That match sucked the energy out of everyone until the main event when DB came out and put some life back in the crowd.

No one has talked about what this mesns for BROCK LESNAR.

It means they are going to push Lesner hard to try to make him a legitimate wwe star. Everyone looks at him for what he is, a part time wrestler. I still can't believe they would end the streak with Lesner. We were there last night and the entire Dome went quiet. Then the bullshite chants began. But if you watch the youtube replay of the match you can hear Taker tell him I'm gonna set you up for the F-5 right before the final one.

That and the dome ran out of everything.

It still confuses me that every time I go to the dome for a non-football event they ALWAYS run out of concessions, as if they're expecting 80k people to show up but only prep for 10. They started running out of concessions near the battle royal. It's frustrating.

At first I wondered why would the wwe have Brock lesnar end the streak since he does maybe three ppv's a year. IMO wwe will try to make him a full time star now. And I think taker didn't want anyone else to end it except for Brock. I thought the match was somewhat lackluster due to undertakers declining physical condition. I'm guessing that's why Brock really didn't get physical with undetaker in their build up to mania.

I'm glad db won he deserved it. I knew cena would win but I'm sure bray Wyatt will probably beat him in some type of gimmick match at extreme rules. The three man tag match was too short. Cesaro is awesome and legitimately strong. Big e and Ambrose should have faced each other on this Ppv. I think a cm punk vs db champion vs champion main event would have been incredible. That's what I would have done had I been a writer or booker and I would have started that storyline after survivor series

Old being old. Most of those 9 couldn't do most of the moveset that wrestling is evolved too.

If you want to be honest. Late 90s was the best. They could handle the mic and transition wrestling into the new, exciting, modern age.

To people crying about the streak. Who cares? We got to see the most shocking in-ring moment in WWE history and one of the best PPVs in a long time. Enjoy it for what it is.

Any undertaker fan that wasn't disappointed last night wasn't a true fan.

I would love a Kane vs undertaker or Kane coming help him out to end his career. Still no reason for him to lose to that douche lesner. It had no reason to happen no reason.

Even though I missed this one, will be sure to get the WWE Network. All payperviews live for $10 is crazy good. Especially WM.

I think Taker gives it one more ride. Taker vs Cena and he retires after that. I know he's older and beaten up, but Vince won't let that money walk away like that.

If taker is going to lose, it shouldve been vs someone with more importance than Lesnar and shouldve been in a buried Alive match. Thats how you retire taker, not by having him huff and puff around the ring with another part timer and get pinned after 10 minutes.

I just read this:

quote:

We noted earlier today that Taker was taken to a local hospital last night for fear of a concussion and a neck injury. We also noted that Taker losing was the original plan. This was kept from just about everyone but betting odds started to change shortly before the show began.

It's said that this was indeed The Undertaker's decision. We noted before that back in 2010, Taker wanted Lesnar to be the one to end The Streak. This is not confirmed yet but the impression was given backstage that Taker is done. No word yet on how this changes a potential match with Sting at WrestleMania 31.
