I have never had any type of flight training. However I have flown right seat many times and what has been shown on CNN is very simplistic.

If it were to be within Pakistan, and they did indeed intend to re-use it, would it be identifiable in the air (assuming all electronics inactivated)?

Agreed. No one knows anything. No definitive proof of anything, just tons and tons of speculation. Nothing to say the plane crashed or landed. Just feel terrible for the families not knowing the fate of their loved ones.
The report of the fisherman seeing a plane not being true is a little disheartening. I was hoping that could turn into a solid lead. Watching CNN this AM, the US according to them believe the plane crashed into the Indian oceans. Australia and the US are currently searching in that area.

Can we not post anything that Hannity or other Fox News wackos have on their show?
Might as well read Glenn Beck's twitter posts about the anti-christ stealing the plane instead.
That goes for MSNBC wackos too who have probably blamed this on George W already.
