One of my fraternity brothers is MPD now and is completely pissed off/dreading this, which is obviously understandable.

Whats sad is that most of the public think that this is the conclusion of his trial and he would be found "guilty or not guilty".

How did he present it?

He gave them all of the info, let them listen to every witness, and let them do their own piecing of the puzzle.

Most times, the Prosecutor goes in with his puzzle, so they can follow. THis time, he knew it was a just kill, and wasn't going to bury the cop, so he gave them months and all the info to decide. Rather than do their work. Bob is very good at his job, he doesnt take shite from lawyers and their criminals. He goes after them.

In city, they always like to plead down, so its another Guilty in their books. Then people wonder how a guy with 3 weapon charges and just killed some one, only got 2 months for those 3 gun charges.

There is a saying about grand juries from Prosecutors , "I could get them to indict a ham sandwich ” "

McCulloch's spokesman says the prosecutor alone will make the announcement, then take questions from press.

Exactly. The Grand Jury is just deciding if enough evidence exists to charge Wilson with a crime, not guilt or innocence. A civil suit awaits regardless.

How about the part about him "stealing cigars", but leaving out the fact that he didn't just fricking shoplift, he violently intimidated a store clerk.?

How about the last lines insinuating he was shot while running away?

Regardless, I think the chances of indictment are reasonably high.

I doubt is very seriously. If he put in all the evidence like some are saying it will be interesting to see what they do. I am sure they will be on TV or TMZ in a few weeks telling us why they decided to do a true bill or not.

I've got a charter school board meeting tonight off of Shannon Avenue, should be over around 7:30. That is one skethcy arse area of Memphis, off of Chelsea Street where the cops were kidnapped and tortured in the 80's
