Did any of you read the email from the CEO essentially stating that employees and patients from minority groups have been plagued with systemic and individual racism, and he's meeting with the Chief Diversity Officer to discuss plans for greater equality?
There was also a tidbit about the creation of a Health Disparities Taskforce to handle the unequal access to high quality health services within these minorities groups.

Wait i'll tell you. It's call equality of outcome. The problem won't be solved until black people have equal levels of wealth, health, etc. Just look at the NFL head coach situation. Not enough black coaches = systemic racism. How do we fix it? Give away drafts picks.

Glad I don’t go to Ochsner. My healthcare provider doesn’t treat people differently based on race.
