What was suspicious to me is that after she got out of her car she immediately walked around the back and opened a passenger side to do something. It was very deliberate.
You don't do that if there is a child on the side of the road or if you're having a delusion that there's a child, you go where the child is or where you think it is.
Also, she stopped specifically by a road sign like it was a predetermined spot. Maybe it was a coincidence but it looked like she was driving along the emergency lane looking for that exact spot.
