Not really. Quaaludes were amazing. Can't get them now.

I had a buddy bring hashish and opium back from Christmas break when he went back home to India. That's not happening now. Drugs are different now but they were awesome back then for sure. Smoking opium is another level of high.

Why do boomers think they had the best drugs and music?

Well, I'm not a "boomer" personally, and I can't say about the drugs.

But as for the music, it's hard to argue- it's stood the test of time. There are endless stations playing nothing but music from that era...If it didn't appeal to most, they wouldn't be giving it the airtime.

I'm not gay but bell bottoms and leisure suits are better than skinny jeans in my book.

Sensimilla was so fricking awesome when we could get it.
Skunk weed was the same then...

Smell it from another room of the house when the bag got opened. You knew everyone was about to get slow...

Those are mostly GenX bands. All but the oldest millennials were about 1-10 when they were in their prime.

It doesn't help that your top car is modeled after a 70's muscle car.

I get your point, though. Fantastic cars from both generations and some real pieces of shite as well.

What ole baw is doing ain't "bragging."
WHAT??

ALL I see is bragging.

We don't need validation from ANYBODY.

I got validation from members of the greatest generation.

I didn't NEED it but I did appreciate it.

Truly great people except for spoiling us. Same weakness we had.

Now I'm using some of that I have socked away to spoil grand kids.

Not what I said. Smuggling it back on your person through several airports isn't happening now. Not on a regular basis like back then.
