Terje Moe Gustavsen, who runs the Public Roads Administration, wrote: “Everyone understands that being in and around roundabouts is a traffic hazard. It may not be so dangerous for someone to be without clothes on the bridge, but drivers can get too much of a surprise and completely forget that they are driving.” Talk about a road hazard!

Russefeiring usually takes place during the final spring semester, starting around April 20 and ending on May 17, Norway’s national day. Throughout the month, students will spill out into the streets in brightly coloured overalls, hire buses and cars to travel around towns, and engage in crazy graduation challenges that range from licking floors to kissing police officers and public nudity
