So I guess that they must go to all the neighboring businesses and watch their surveillance footage for hours before the crime in question was committed. That seems like it would take FOREVER and be incredibly boring. I guess that's what it takes though.

I was thinking more like someone tipped LE off that a similar looking individual was in said store last night, and they watched the footage from that store.

Ummm... I'm all for castrating a rapist.. but..
He raped a 53 yr old woman?
Why?
That just doesn't register in my brain.. I mean, there are some sickos like Darren Sharper who, in my totally not gay mind, think that he wouldn't have to even try to get laid.
On the northshore there are plenty of single moms and "Cadillac cafe regulars" that makes it seem like this dude could at least do some internet dating and be fine..not rape an old lady.
Again, it's rape.. so he guilty until proven innocent.. But that part of the story makes it weird to my simple brain..

Maybe, but think about it. That guy wouldn't even catch your attention if you saw him in Circle K buying a pack of cigarettes. You wouldn't think twice about it or probably even notice him. Do you think you would remember that guy after hearing a description of a 6'0 thin, dark haired white guy in cargo shorts? I don't know. It would be different if he had face tats or blue hair or something distinguishable.

I've read a good bit on the subject of deviance and rape is more of a power thing than a sexual thing. They get off on having power over something moreso than the physical attraction of the victim.

I called and reported someone that looks like the suspect. I don't want to say his name but his initials are SG. I am curious if it is who they arrested.

Is this individual with initials 'SG' from the big branch or Lacombe area?
This guy isn't right in the head on many levels, not only did he allegedly stalk her on social medi but after he rapes her he stopped literally a 1/2 mile away at a gas station afterwards..
