Twenty years ago I lived in Lafayette for 2 years. Pretty women were very very rare. Being from N La I was use to probably 20% of the ladies being pretty.
I have occasion now to go down there once every two weeks for a few days. The pretty rate of women has gone up quite a bit, much more than use to be.
But, N La still wins by a landslide as far as the percentage of pretty women go. Food - >s la. by far.
