Gary Chambers 21 hrs · Now the white company wrote this... you won't hear anybody talking about how wrong they are for addressing this issue. Truth is, no elected official should be allowed to serve on the DPEC. Candidates shouldn't be allowed to vote if they are running in a race, nor should people who are working for a candidate. It taints the process. Period... voters deserve to know that decisions like this are made without bias.

much like welfare recipients able to vote for candidates that will push for more welfare right?

Yeah WTF.

So only people with no personal stake in an issue should vote on it?

better yet the one your parents or grandparents were on.

fact is you have never met a slave.

That is the stupidest argument in the whole slavery discussion. My ancestors had no opportunity to build wealth in the infancy of this country this is why most black deal with the social economic problems they are faced with today. We are about 60 years removed from segregation, and you are talking about what plantation I was on? Yea go eat a dick

That wasn't free labor. Cheap labor yes, but not free.

People will say "I don't GAF about race" and then cross the street when a guy in a hoodie is coming at them, or flip our if their daughter is dating a hispanic. I don't mean everyone really hates other races.

So when someone says things you don't agree with you get so mad you will say something to get you banned? That sounds pretty ignorant to me.

Plenty? How many is plenty? What do you consider plenty?

Name one thing Obama did to solely benefits blacks. Explain to me what Obama did that made him our savior?

There was once a poster here that would tell you the real reason blacks are behind in society in this day and age. I believe he got banned for "telling it like it is".

Nice deflection. You rely on this supposed poster to refute what I just presented. Why don't you be a big boy and argue against the point I made?

Possibly nothing he did solely benefitted blacks. However, Obama being elected President shows that there is no ceiling to how high blacks can go and that the system is not rigged to hold them down. How can anyone say with a straight face that a black man cannot do what a white man can do when a black man was elected to the most powerful position in the world and was elected by a majority of white people?

Ok unlike you I will name specific instances where I know that what I am saying is true. Rosewood and Black Wall St. were to independent black communities that thrived and were both destroyed due to racism.

i can answer this without getting banned.
It's ok to freely speak about the white race on this board without fear of any repercussion. It is however not regarding the black race.
So no, we cannot have an open dialogue about race here so your questions will continue to go unanswered.

You said they had no opportunity. They had some opportunities. And some were very successful. Here's a list of 21 that were.

Yea pretty easy to do when you arrive to a country already establish and the laws prevent a portion of the population from thriving.

Yea they just came to the land of opportunity that was built by the work of others. Y'all prop y'all ancestors up as if they were worth a shite. If they were such hard workers why didn't they prosper in their mother land?
