I saw hell on earth during Katrina and after while fixing our house and rental properties but somehow I managed not to go around committing 100s of felonies. These frickheads and their families haven’t ever done shite but live off our taxes and terrorize New Orleans.
Instead of making excuses for these pieces of shite, since you think they got a raw deal from Katrina, you should go tell the judge they can live with you and you will mentor them into better human beings.
