I've never understood sentencing based on shooting people and them not dying. To me, he should be charged as if all five people died. He shouldn't spend another day of his life as a free man.

Yes, he should be charged with 5 counts of attempted murder. Also a count of Reckless Endangerment for every round he fired into a crowded street. He probably unloaded a 30 clip. The biggest thing will be the out come of the charges and sentence he receives. For now, what was his bail amount? What is his prior record? Was he out on bail or had outstanding warrants? Will Mayor Latoya Da Destoya show up as a character witness for him?

I love when I pose at the gas station for Instagram. I usually have the fam do it with me too. Sometimes we pose in front the chips, sometimes the fridge with the cultured floor.
