So first the legislation votes to raise the age to strip to 21, now New Orleans wants to limit the number of strip clubs. They need to expand, why doesn't New Orleans have a Spearmint Rhino. I don't care for that type of entertainment, a friend was telling me about what a quality business model they have.

It always works out well when you limit the number of businesses that can open . Follow the money. Just like when they limited the number of casinos in LA. Creates monopolies.
