EW ORLEANS - The city of New Orleans is moving forward with enhanced security measures, particularly in the French Quarter and on Bourbon Street, but one of them won't be to have the bars shut doors at 3 a.m., a city official confirmed Tuesday.
The idea would not have 'closed' the bars or stopped them from serving customers, but would have required doors to be closed to prevent the 'free and open flow' in and out of bars.

They don't ever actually intend to follow through with shite like that. They just say it to the press to get a story out and then take it back weeks later. The same will happen with putting flower beds and benches in the middle of bourbon

Once the monuments were cleared to be removed Mitch knew all the crime in city would stop so naturally he made the brilliant decision to keep the bars open.

I'll take the Hipster. shite it can't get any worse and he's actually done more good for this city than anyone one the council or any other possible candidate has done.
