I generally go to all beer related events I can, but I will not be going back to this one.
It's basically a for profit event and the beer choices really are nothing special.
And most importantly, they exclude homebrewers. One of my favorite things to taste at beer festivals, etc is the great homebrews.

and there's a UFC event that night in the Blender….not the type of crowd I wanna hang out with

So you have to buy all of the beer you drink? I was thinking about going, but if I have to spend $100 drinking craft beers all day, I'd rather sit at home and jerk off.
Isn't the zydeco fest this weekend?
Eta: Just read the website, and it's fricking $40 to get in. Aren't beer festivals supposed to be about showcasing beers and not making money?
